AUGUST MEETING IS CHANGED TO THE 2^ND TUESDAY, AUGUST 12^TH

The August meeting meal will be a potluck.  Each member is asked to provide a dish that will serve 8 – 10 people.

A – I (Appetizer)
J – R (Salad)
S - Z (vegetable or side dish)
T – Z (Dessert)

B I N G O

The Knights of Columbus is again in charge of the Bingo Tent at the Heritage Festival in Riverside Park, on the 15th, 16^th and 17^th of August.  The Ladies Auxiliary will run the pop and water stand in one corner of the tent.  We are asking all ladies to donate some pop (cans please) and bottled water.   You can pick it up at the stores now while they are having good sales and we will sell at the Bingo tent to raise money for some of our projects.  If you are unable to help at the tent I ask that you sign up to sit at the beverage stand and collect the money.

We do need for you to help just for a few hours.  It is under the tent so the sun will not be beating on you. Please see or call me to schedule a time to man the beverage stand.  Margaret 572-1880

OKTOBERFEST is Oct 11^th 

Please mark your calendars.  If we do not do it now, we will forget and then miss a wonderful party with an Authentic German Dinner and Band.

VOCATION DINNER

We are in the planning stages of a Vocation Dinner that will take place in the Spring 2009.  As it starts to take shape we will keep you informed.  As always, once it starts to roll we will need your help…more details to follow.
